Get up and running with Tyform in less than 5 minutes.

Step 1: Create an Account

Sign up with your email or Google account

Verify your email address

Step 2: Create Your First Form

Click "Create Form" in your dashboard

Choose a blank form or start from a template

Give your form a title

Step 3: Add Questions

Click "Add Question" to add different question types:

  • Short Text — Single line answers
  • Long Text — Multi-line paragraph responses
  • Email — Email validation included
  • Multiple Choice — Select one option
  • Checkbox — Select multiple options
  • Rating — Star or number ratings
  • Date — Date picker
  • File Upload — Accept file uploads (Pro)

Step 4: Customize Your Form

Theme Settings

  • Choose colors that match your brand
  • Select fonts for headings and body text
  • Add a custom background

Form Settings

  • Enable/disable progress bar
  • Set form start and end screens
  • Configure submission limits

Step 5: Share Your Form

Once your form is ready:

Click "Publish" to make it live

Copy the shareable link

Share via email, social media, or embed on your website

Step 6: View Responses

Navigate to your form's Responses tab to:

  • View individual responses
  • See summary charts and analytics
  • Export responses to CSV
  • Set up email notifications
